There are a few ways you can get help and support for The Wine Cellar Book.
- Tool tips are available for just about every field/control. By default this is on but you can turn it off by clicking on the appropriate toolbar button. To access the tool tip hold the mouse cursor over the field/control you are interested in.
- You can also use the context help button on the tool bar, just click it and click on the field you are not sure on how to use, this will often give slightly more detailed information than the tool tip.
- You can consult the on-line help manual by pressing F1 or selecting Help/Help (as of version 1.1), sorry only available in English and German.
- You can visit the FAQ’s and Forum pages on the bulletin board by clicking here.
- You can write an e-mail to support to the following address: support@thewinecellarbook.com
- Or if you have plenty of time you could also send a letter with snail mail to the address listed on the contacts page, but don’t expect a fast response using this method.
We will also provide support via Microsoft Remote Assistance (RA), this will currently be provided free of charge, but in the future there might be charge for this service. Please check the appropriate page on details how this works, i.e. you can initiate this via e-mail or using Microsoft Live Messenger.
