A consumption event is the record of any occasion at which wines or other beverages are served. The consumption event allows you to associate the occasion, with the guests attending and beverages consumed. In the top section of the dialog you enter information about the event, a description, a reason code and a date. You then select the guest(s), which you add by either double clicking on the particular guest or by clicking on the relative line and then clicking on the “Add” button. Repeat this step as required. The next step is to define what menu you served during the event. Then the next step is to create one or more consumption, by clicking on the “Create Consumption” button, completing the consumption fields and clicking on the “Save Consumption” button. Repeat this step for each beverage you served. Note: After adding all the guests, the menu and the consumptions, click on the “Save & Create a new one” button to save this consumption event and create another one, or on the “Save & Close dialog” if you just want to save this consumption event and close the dialog. |
