Dialog - Consumption Batch:

As of version 1.6 of The Wine Cellar Book provides a consumption batch feature. The easiest way to explain what this means is to show a sample screen.

The consumption batch dialog is similar to the consumption event dialog, with the difference that you can NOT associate guests to the consumption, therefore it is a bit easier/quicker to enter consumptions.

In the top section of the dialog you enter information about the batch, a description, and a date. 

You then create one or more consumption, by clicking on the “Create Consumption” button, completing the consumption fields and clicking on the “Save Consumption” button. Repeat this step for each beverage you served.

Note:
To enter a consumption you can either use the system’s internal bottle ID, a Vinoté Tag number, or by clicking on the “?Bottle ID” button which allows you to search for a particular wine.

After adding all the consumptions for a particular batch, click on the “Save & Create a new one” button to save this consumption batch and create another one, or on the “Save & Close dialog” if you just want to save this consumption batch and close the dialog.
