The Recipe BookThe Wine Cellar Book now (as of version 2.0 - Nov 2006) includes a Recipe book functionality, this allows to match not only ingredients with your wines, but also your own recipes. The information about your recipes is shown in a notebook format with three tabs showing the following information:

All the information about your wines is stored in a SQL database. This database is accessible through an ODBC datasource (the necessary driver is included and the datasource is automatically created during setup), which allows you to use tools such as a Spreadsheet (e.g. Quattro Pro, Open Office, MS Excel, Lotus or others), a word processor (e.g. WordPerfect, Open Office, MS Word), or a reporting tool such as Report Manager or Crystal Reports to create your own reports and/or cellar labels for your wines. We hope you will enjoy using The Wine Cellar Book for many years to come. |
