The main section of the screen shows in the lower portion a notebook with details on your recipes.
When you work with your recipes you will see a notebook with 4 tabs.
Shows information such as the recipe name, cuisine, description etc
Shows information about the ingredients used and the preparation instructions
Shows what wine families the particular recipe goes well with, based on the ingredient(s), ingredient group(s) used - see Wine Families - as defined by Larousse des Vins.
Shows images (the finished recipe, preparation steps etc) for this recipe
