Screen section - Search - drinks

The search fields are as of version 3 on a separate tab next to the search result tab, the following image shows you how it looks.

Click on the image to see an enlarged version, and use the browser’s back button to return to this page

When you hover over each field a Tool Tips will show, if you click within a field a short explanation will be shown in the Screen section - Status Bar and you could also use Context Sensitive Help to get some additional information for some of the fields.

Enter your search criteria into one or more of the following fields:

• Name (this will search for wines the fields Wine Name, Wine Name 2 and Variety and for spirits it will search in Drink Name and Drink Name 2
• Vintage
• Maturity first (from/to)
• Maturity best (from/to)
• Maturity past (from/to)
• Purchase price (from/to)
• Bottle tag
• Storage location
• Bar Code

The following fields allow you to select further search criteria. The search drop down lists showing the search criteria are created based on what wines you have in your cellar.

• Country
• Geographical Region
• Area
• Grape variety
• Supplier
• Producer
• Distiller

The other two fields allow you to:

• Incl. Zero - if it is ticked wines which have a quantity on hand of zero will be shown
• Sorting order - shows a drop down list of available sort orders
