How to - Create a drink consumption record

“The Wine Cellar Book” provides different methods to record your consumptions.

It is recommended that you use one of the following three methods.

Dialog - Consumption Event

Dialog - Consumption Batch

Create a consumption from the standard rack view, right click on the bottle you are going to consume, select the reason code and that is all.

The “simple” consumption entry, explained below, can also be used, but it offers fewer options/functionality then the first two methods.

Registering a drink consumption is very easy, the following steps are all that is needed.

• Enter a search criteria and press the search button
• Select the appropriate drink from the selection list
• Click on the Consumption Details notebook tab
• Click on the Create a new consumption record button
• Enter the appropriate information and click on the Save the consumption record button
